and the Headquarters Library with the support ofBook Aid International Implemented the Inspiring Readers Project to five Primary schools in Makeni. The five schools are: Saint Francis primary school, Church of God primary school, Practising primary school, FAWE primary school and BDC primary school. The Project covers training of Head teachers and teachers of the said schools, provide reading materials (books)and cupboards for each of these schools. The project was to introduce and sustain the culture of reading in primary schools. Staff of the Library visited schools and communities to talk on the importance, usage and facilities offered in the library. There is great improvement in the usage of the library. The total number of books issued at the Reference department is three hundred and fifty (350) books.
