Signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with OXFAM to establish and manage a resource centre on mining and extractive industries in the library. The resource centre is now in operation with Internet Service provided by OXFAM. The American Mission Public Affairs section organized a one-day civic education program at the Bonthe City Library. This is to educate community stakeholders and youths on their rights and responsibilities as citizens.
